Join PT Aicore Network Solution (AINS), a Microsoft-focused IT company helping businesses across Indonesia and Southeast Asia through Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and IT outsourcing solutions.
📍 Location: Purwokerto (On-site)
💰 Salary: IDR 2,800,000/month + Performance Incentives
What You'll Do:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Introduce AINS solutions and qualify potential leads
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Update CRM (HubSpot) and maintain accurate records
• Follow up on webinar participants and inbound inquiries
• Achieve monthly KPI targets
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable making 60–70+ calls per day
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Email)
• Conversational English is a plus
• Willing to work from our Purwokerto office
