Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik (Listrik atau relevan).
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang maintenance fasilitas/gedung/kawasan industri.
Memahami perawatan instalasi listrik, pompa, panel, dan utilitas umum.
Mampu melakukan perbaikan ringan sipil (plumbing, pengecatan, perbaikan minor bangunan).
Memahami prosedur K3 dan mampu bekerja sesuai standar keselamatan kerja.
Mampu membaca gambar teknis sederhana dan menggunakan alat kerja dengan baik.
Siap bekerja lapangan, mobile di area kawasan, dan standby jika diperlukan.
Disiplin, responsif terhadap gangguan fasilitas, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
