Job description for Teknisi Network Operations Center (NOC) at PT Graha Ventura Indonesia
Job Description :
- Carrying out monitoring operations, servicing servers, network, and telecommunication equipment in data centers and other organizations
- Monitoring data center infrastructure, servers, and computer networks for issues from a centralized location
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly resolving issues
- Ensuring that data center performance always meets established standards
- Providing guidance to field technicians when required
- Performing analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of network or infrastructure issues and propose effective solutions
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in NOC or IT Help Desk
- Minimum Associate Degree holder
- Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Have basic knowledge of networking concepts
- Familiar with monitoring tools NOC
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Speedsheet
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess problems thoroughly before taking action
