Job description for Teknisi Facility Maintenance at Kelas Berenang Indonesia
Currently we are looking maintenance staff for all our flagship in Jabodetabek that will be maintained all of our facilities. We are looking for individual which energetic, dicipline, positive vibes and good attitude. Hereby we inform the qualification as belows :
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least SMK in Engineering
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience handling Electrical
- Having good knowledge about electrical, pumping, maintenance facility, civil engineering, building management, AC, and water systems.
- Have Knowledge about preventive maintenance of AHU, air conditioner, water chiller, and other supporting utility
- Good Communication, highly motivated and teamwork
Job Description:
- Complete the preverentive maintenance scedule for all electrical units.
- Run and repair the electrical machine units, facilities repairment, water systems repairment, civil engineering, building repair and other facilities
- Filling out the machine electrical inspection checksheet, and history card for each facility that is being repaired.
- Completing the Work Order according to the target until the final check
- Comply with safety and GMP rules and regulations in the work area.
