What Yu'll Do:
Customer Technical Support
- Install Pajakku applications and perform regular updates for clients
- Maintain performance through routine housekeeping of installed applications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support problem resolution
- Support technical pre-sales activities by assisting with demos and answering client inquiries
API Consultant
- Create detailed API documentation and conduct thorough testing
- Provide consultation and support for API usage and integration
- Participate in API product pre-sales by delivering technical presentations
- Analyze client needs and deliver tailored technical solutions
What We're Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, System Information, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical support or specialist role
- Able to use REST client tools such as Postman
- Familiar with API management tools (e.g., Apigee, Software AG, Kong)
- Basic knowledge of networking and Linux OS is a plus
-Strong in needs analysis, technical delivery, and product presentation
