Qualifications :
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or related field.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Basic understanding of computer networks, Windows/Linux operating systems, and server administration.
* Basic knowledge of Cyber Security concepts such as Firewall, SIEM, Vulnerability Assessment, Endpoint Security, or SOC is an advantage.
* Fluent English, involves effortlessly communicating, writing, and understanding complex topics without relying on continuous translation or hesitation.
* Willing to learn new technologies and Cyber Security solutions.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication skills and able to work in a team.
* Willing to travel for project implementation when required.
Responsibilities :
* Participate in technical meetings, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities related to Cyber Security solutions.
* Install, configure, and implement Cyber Security solutions in customer environments.
* Perform troubleshooting on servers, operating systems, networks, and Cyber Security solutions to identify and resolve technical issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams, principals, and vendors during implementation and issue resolution processes.
* Prepare technical documentation, configuration records, and implementation reports in accordance with company standards.
* Provide technical support to customers through both onsite and remote assistance.
* Perform health checks and maintenance of deployed Cyber Security solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Stay up to date with the latest Cyber Security technologies and continuously enhance technical knowledge of the company's products and solutions.
