Job description for Technical Specialist (Project Based for 3 Month) at Online-pajak
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Graduated from reputable university (at least 3.00 in GPA)
- 3-4 years experience in technical integration of applications / consultants.
- 1-2 years experience in managing projects.
- Experience working in a client-facing technical service environment.
- Experience acting as a product specialist for an external client.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian fluently and idiomatically.
- Have knowledge and experience in finance and tax domain will be an advantage
- Detailed, organized and structured
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, to tailor them for non-technical audiences, and to present them confidently.
- Experience and good knowledge of JSON, XPath and web development.
- General knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP.
- Self-starter, with the ability to work flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Effective analytical skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Troubleshooting
- Support and partner with Sales teams to provide technical and functional needs assessments for prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with OnlinePajak customers providing high-touch, solutions-oriented service from a technical and functional perspective.
- Managing end to end client’s integration and onboarding project
- Create a smooth and easy holistic product on-boarding experience for the client, ensuring excellent service and consulting to assure a future-proof setup of their advertising and analytical infrastructure.
- Manage activities which could include workshops with multiple stakeholders to surface and match business needs with the platform's functionality, training plans, tagging and reporting technical consultancy and technical project management.
- Manage reactive client issues sent to Technical Specialist teams and act as a point of escalation when support teams need assistance.
