Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Marketing Specialist role based in Tangerang. This role will be the technical voice of our new product, responsible for translating complex structural engineering data into compelling marketing materials, case studies, and technical presentations. It will also bridge the gap between our engineering capabilities and commercial opportunities, working closely with engineering consultants, project owners, and internal teams to ensure our products are specified into large-scale infrastructure projects from the design phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct educational seminars, technical presentations, and product "spec-in" sessions with engineering consultants, design institutes, and state-owned enterprises.
- Develop high-quality technical content, including product datasheets, application manuals, engineering whitepapers, and project case studies.
- Analyze competitor product offerings, structural properties, and market trends to establish clear product differentiation strategies.
- Act as the primary bridge between the market's technical needs and our product development/supply chain teams.
- Manage technical marketing campaigns, participate in industry exhibitions, and update the company’s digital channels with relevant engineering content.
- Assist the commercial team by preparing technical justification documents and comparative structural analyses to overcome client doubts.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Material Science, or a closely related engineering field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Technical Marketing, application engineering, or structural design within the construction material, steel, or heavy infrastructure industries.
- Strong capability in interpreting structural engineering concepts, including section modulus, moment of inertia, and soil-structure interactions.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints (AutoCAD).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct competitor benchmarking and market research.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, presentations, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong technical writing skills for producing precise documentation.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Business-Level English, both written and spoken, for technical documentation and coordination with international principals.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and willingness to undertake extensive domestic travel across Indonesia for project and stakeholder engagements.
