Technical Expert

Responsibility

Build and maintain effective communication and strong relationships with customers to increase customer engagement with the outlet.
Assemble bicycles accurately, with high quality, and in accordance with standards to ensure optimal bike performance and the best customer experience.
Manage and maintain the completeness of work equipment and ensure it is always in proper working condition.
Provide education and maintenance recommendations to customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Support outlet target achievement through fast, accurate, and professional technical service.

Requirement

Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) – Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Automotive Engineering, Light Vehicle Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Has an interest in the automotive and bicycle industry.
Enjoys sports activities and has a passion for cycling.
Possesses good communication skills and is service-oriented.; Detail-oriented, agile, and able to work well in a team.
Willing to be placed anywhere across Indonesia.
