Job description for Technical Account Manager at Pt Wowrack Indonesia
Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer-related pre-sales projects and ensuring successful solution delivery from assessment through project completion.
Job Descriptions
- Conduct technical assessments and convert findings into actionable projects
- Design cloud topology and architect end-to-end solutions based on customer requirements
- Provide recommendations on cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and security best practices
- Lead kick-off meetings and track ongoing client projects through completion and documentation
- Ensure all customer requirements and project processes run smoothly
- Act as the bridge between Sales and Support/Technical teams
- Provide comprehensive reports on project progress and status
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies related to cloud, virtualization, migration, and deployment
Qualification
- Proven experience in project administration within the IT sector
- Strong understanding of hardware, software development, and web technologies
- Hands-on experience in IT assessments, topology design, and solution formulation
- Proficient in Linux and Microsoft operating systems
- Experience deploying and managing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc)
- Strong knowledge of hypervisors (Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox, XenServer, KVM, VirtualBox)
- Experience in hosting environments (platform management, domain management, migration)
- Familiarity with data center operations (technical support, remote hands, monitoring)
- Willing to be based in Surabaya (hybrid)
