Job description for Technical Account Manager at iVideoSmart
- Maintain and develop business and technical relationships at all levels within aligned accounts
- Support existing customers in the region on both technical and business queries.
- Enhance relationship and engage with existing customers to maintain the renewal base and identify new
- business/upsell opportunities.
- Ensure existing customers are up to date with new services and product enhancements.
- Ability to provide advisory to the customer of best practices to ensure successful deployment and usage of IVS& products.
- Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams.
- Create and maintain performance reports of clients and products launched
- Create and keep updated FAQs and external technical documentation
- 1st Level contact point with Clients including troubleshooting issues.
- Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with good knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc
- Preferred knowledge of key technologies and subjects including video player technology
- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
- Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
