Job description for Tech Talent Assessor (Glints Vetted Talent) at Glints
- Review vet candidates technical test results and conduct a technical interview to identify key areas of growth for the candidates to advance to the next level in their career and provide actionable steps to guide the engineers on how to achieve those areas of growth.
- Provide feedback or insight by summarizing vet candidates strength and weakness after each of interview conducted.
- Form a strong rapport with candidates by communicating empathetically and creating a psychologically safe environment that encourages candidates to share about their progress and blockers on their career goals openly.
- Provide feedback and share insights on the program with the Glints Remote Hiring team to improve the experience of both talent assessors and vet candidates who are participating in the Vetted Talent Network.
- Be part of the 1st ever outcome-based career training to change how people learn as a coder.
- Contribute to the development of Indonesia by assessing great technical talents.

- 3-5 years experience as a Senior Web or Mobile Software Engineer. Have been promoted or developed within the same company is a plus!
- Have current or past work experience at a top tech firm/start-up (e.g. Tokopedia, GO-JEK, Ruangguru, Blibli, Tiket.com, etc.)
- Experienced in managing a team would be great.
- Experienced in the hiring process or being a technical interviewer.
- Must be able to speak fluent English (we use it daily here!).
