Job description for Team Leader Lead Generation at PT Telmark Integrasi Indonesia
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead to manage and drive a Lead Generation team focused on IT Services, Telco, ICT, IoT, and SaaS solutions in the B2B segment. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with lead generation tools, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day project operations to ensure smooth execution and team performance.
- Conduct internal sourcing to support the team in achieving lead generation targets.
- Upload and maintain lead databases in the system with high accuracy.
- Provide coaching, training, and motivation to lead generation agents to maximize their potential.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for both internal and client use.
- Coordinate with internal departments and client-side stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and conduct basic data analysis to monitor lead quality and team effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in leading a lead generation team, specifically for IT Services, Telco, ICT, IoT, or SaaS solutions in the B2B sector.
- Possess a strong customer database in business, enterprise, or government segments.
- Active LinkedIn account (Sales Navigator preferred) and familiar with outreach through email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Skilled in using data enrichment tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and ContactOut.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken.)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with data tracking/reporting.
