Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute KOL/influencer marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and awareness
- Identify, recruit and maintain strong relationships with influencers/KOLs, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including briefing, content coordination, timeline management, payment, and performance review
- Collaborate with content, creative, and social media teams to ensure brand messaging and campaign objectives are aligned
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, TikTok Creator Tools, Instagram Insights, etc.
- Up to date with industry trends, competitor KOL activities, and emerging influencers to continuously improve campaign creativity and effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer budgets in alignment with campaign goals and ROI
Job Requirement
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields)
- Good communication skill verbal and non-verbal
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Campaigns
- A wide network or database of influencers/KOLs
- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel) to measure reach, engagement, conversions, ROI
- Skilled in designing influencer marketing strategies from planning, execution, to performance review
- Able to negotiate contracts and KOL fees based on allocated budget
- Familiar with brand awareness KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, ROI
- Strong in negotiation, relationship management, and influencer briefing
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns and provide post-campaign performance reports
