Responsibilities:

- Memimpin tim dalam mencapai target penagihan.

- Mengkoordinir seluruh aktivitas tim Desk Collection.

- Melakukan Monitoring, Mentoring & Coaching Agent Desk Collection

- Membuat laporan pencapaian tim.

Qualifications:

- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1.

- Berpengalaman sebagai team leader collection minimal 1 tahun dibidang Fintech (diutamakan) atau Perbankan.

- Berpengalaman dalam penagihan bucket belakang/recovery.

- Dapat menggunakan Ms. Office dengan baik, khususnya Microsoft Excel.

- Memilliki komunikasi yang baik.

- Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik.

- Bersedia ditempatkan di Yogyakarta, lebih disukai yang berdomisili di Yogyakarta sekitarnya
