Job Descriptions :

  • Membalas chat customer dari platform Shoppe/Lazada/Tokopedia dll dengan benar dan cepat, menjaga respon rate toko
  • Handle order after sales seperti request ganti barang/refund/cancel
  • Membalas review dan rating toko, mejaga rating dengan baik
  • koordinasi dengan tim internal seperti operation gudang atau pihak lain
  • periksa status order di system produksi internal, memastikan order tidak ada masalah
  • Membuat laporan harian
  • Leading team CS
  • Scheduling jadwal team CS
  • Reporting CS performance (monthly)

Job Qualifications :

  • Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun dibidang e-commerce/ Fresh Graduate silahkan melamar
  • Laki - laki usia 20 - 28 tahun
  • Memahami system kerja e-commerce
  • Menguasai dan mahir Microsoft Office, pintar mengetik dan cepat
  • Teliti dan jujur
  • Bekerja dengan efisien dan cepat
  • Bersedia bekerja rolling shift, hari libur/tanggal merah
