Team Lead – Application Support & Project Management

Job Overview

Kami mencari seorang Team Lead Application Support yang memiliki pemahaman kuat dalam project management untuk mengelola fase support dan maintenance setelah implementasi proyek selesai dilakukan. Posisi ini akan menjadi penghubung antara client, technical team, dan internal management untuk memastikan aplikasi berjalan stabil, issue terselesaikan tepat waktu, serta continuous improvement tetap berjalan.

Kandidat ideal memiliki pengalaman di bidang IT Consulting, memahami alur implementasi project end-to-end, terbiasa menangani client, dan mampu memimpin tim support dengan baik. Latar belakang Teknik Industri menjadi nilai tambah karena dibutuhkan kemampuan analisa proses bisnis, koordinasi lintas fungsi, dan operational improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Memimpin dan mengelola tim Application Support untuk memastikan SLA dan kualitas layanan tercapai.
  2. Menangani fase post-implementation support dari project yang telah go-live.
  3. Menjadi escalation point untuk issue, incident, dan problem management dari client.
  4. Melakukan monitoring terhadap performa aplikasi, ticketing, dan service delivery.
  5. Berkoordinasi dengan tim development, QA, infrastructure, dan business analyst untuk penyelesaian issue.
  6. Mengelola enhancement request, minor improvement, dan change request dari client.
  7. Membuat prioritas pekerjaan dan memastikan timeline support berjalan sesuai target.
  8. Memastikan dokumentasi support, knowledge base, dan reporting berjalan dengan baik.
  9. Melakukan root cause analysis serta memberikan rekomendasi preventive action.
  10. Mengelola komunikasi dengan client secara profesional dan proaktif.
  11. Membantu project management untuk transition dari implementation phase ke support phase.
  12. Membuat report berkala terkait support status, issue trend, SLA achievement, dan operational improvement.
  13. Membina dan mengembangkan capability anggota tim support.

Requirements:

  • Minimal S1, diutamakan dari jurusan Industrial Engineering / Sistem Informasi / Teknik Informatika atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang Application Support, IT Project Management, atau IT Consulting.
  • Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim support atau project team.
  • Memahami alur project implementation hingga post go-live support.
  • Familiar dengan ticketing system, incident management, dan SLA management.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa problem solving dan komunikasi yang baik.
  • Terbiasa berinteraksi langsung dengan client dan stakeholder management.
  • Memahami dasar SQL, system integration, atau business process menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi, multitasking, dan leadership yang baik.
  • Sertifikasi seperti PMP, ITIL, Agile, atau Scrum menjadi nilai plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pengalaman bekerja di perusahaan IT Consulting lainnya menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki exposure terhadap ERP, enterprise application, atau digital transformation project.
  • Memahami business process operational dan continuous improvement mindset.
