Job description for Team Assistant/Secretary at Allura Asia
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team developing various projects.
- Administrative duties such as arranging meetings, filings, updating records, handling mail, preparing training equipment, communicating with all team members, and making travel arrangements.
- Provide HR support in recruitment and management of frontline staff.
- Provide assistance to the team in terms of beauty & fashion segment.
- Adhoc duties as per assigned.
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
- A high level of enthusiasm and commitment
- Entry level with diploma or above
- Good interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Problem solving orientation
- Detail oriented, very meticulous and responsible
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Exceptional sense of ownership and responsibilities
