Teaching Assistant (English Subject)
About the Role
POLY English Indonesia is looking for a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to support our teachers in delivering high-quality English learning experiences for students.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with children, are organized, proactive, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in the education industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist teachers during classroom activities and student learning sessions.
* Support student engagement and classroom management.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to classes and student records.
* Support assessment, reporting, and academic documentation as required.
* Coordinate with teachers and the Academic Team to ensure smooth classroom operations.
* Contribute ideas and support the continuous improvement of teaching materials and learning activities.
Requirements
* Preferably pursuing or holding a Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Psychology, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
* Passionate about education and working with children.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Willing to work onsite in South Jakarta.
* Available to work 4 days per week, including 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
Working Arrangement
* 4 working days per week
* Work schedule: 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), based on operational needs
* Work location: Pondok Indah, South Jakarta
