Job description for Task Coordinator (Ops) Intern at bTaskee Technology Indonesia

As a Task Coordinator Intern, you will monitoring and managing daily transactions and orders for our home cleaning services. You will work closely with the Tasker (Mitra) Team and Customer Experience to resolve any issues related to orders, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

This position will require a shifting arrangement, working six days a week.

Job Description:

  • Assist in monitoring daily transactions/orders to ensure they are processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Track the progress of each order from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience (CX) Team to address and resolve any issues or complaints related to orders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the CX Team regarding order statuses and issues.
  • Coordinate with field staff to ensure timely service delivery and resolve any logistical challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, orders, and communications.
  • Generate regular reports on operational metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing (final year) or recently completed a degree in any major.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to work hybrid in Kebayoran Lama.
