Glints is now looking for a people’s person who has the charm of Casanova and the grit of Hercules to join us in our hustling as a Recruiter/Business Development Executive. In this role, you will manage multiple clients simultaneously with competing priorities. Your primary goal is to keep track of our resourcing methods and ensure we’re attracting the right candidates.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of accurately assessing candidates and partnering with hiring managers. This role demands that you are accustomed to managing high volume temporary numbers and experience of clients requiring talent at short notice.
We are an in-office culture. Flexibility is fine, but most people in our business team work Monday - Friday 9-6 and are available on weekends when need be to support candidate needs (but we won't abuse your weekends)

Your Day-to-Day Tasks
- Business development to acquire new clients and build relationships
- Account management with existing clients
- Creating and managing talent/candidate pipeline by leveraging internal and external networks.
- Collaborate with the team in implementing systems for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, etc.
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and candidates, and continually growing your network.
- Proactively identify ways to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the recruitment process.
- Coordinating and following up with the sourcing & marketing team regarding talent acquisition needs.

- Prior experience in business development, human resources and recruitment highly preferred
- Comfortable with the fast-paced for changes, uncertainties & challenges of a startup environment
- Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating
- Recruitment/hiring experience (in house or agency) will be an added bonus!
- You will get to experiencing Indonesia's Market ( Frequent Travelling to Indonesia; Batam, Jakarta, Jogjakarta, and manymore)
