- Respond to and fulfill talent requests from hiring partners.
- Evaluate placement outcomes and track talent success metrics.
- Actively participate in end-to-end collaboration programs between Harisenin.com and hiring partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field (preferred).
- Min. 1 year of experience in recruitment, TA, or career development.
- Strong understanding of hiring trends, with the ability to evaluate talent effectively and think strategically in selecting hiring partners aligned with Harisenin.com mission.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about empowering others and supporting their career growth.
