Job description for Talent Success Associate at Glints Vietnam
- To be able to deliver Hubbers support successfully
- Understand and follow internal processes for effective service
- Be ready and able to handle any Hubbers questions and concerns regarding Glints’ service. The key is to manage Hubbers expectations regarding their ability to fix service issues and ensure the correct problem is addressed effectively
- Communicate with Hubbers via multiple channels: phone, chat, email
- Gather Hubbers feedback/issues/inquiries and log them into the system
- Conduct Surveys, On-boarding and Off-boarding sessions
- You will have the chance to interact with Hubbers from international companies
- You will have the chance to build a strong network
- Exposed to the end-to-end process of our business, which will be a great learning
- Our team is very dynamic and young, which will provide you with an active and energetic working environment as well
- Little-to-no micromanagement at all
- We work hard, play hard, and celebrate hard as a team
- Working experience in service-based industries
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service
- English (basic communication, Intermediate written)
- A team player who has a keen sense of mission and embodies our Glints values
- A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
- Highly adaptable and personally organized
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
- Nice to have: general understanding Vietnam Labor Law
