- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management, Agency, Brand Partnership, or Entertainment Industry.
- Proven experience handling creators, influencers, celebrities, or premium brand portofolios.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Able to manage multiple high-value campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and executive presence.
