Job description for Talent Acquisition at Tech Grid Asia Pte Ltd
1. In-charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies.
2. Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
3. Use various methods (including social media platforms, networking events, etc.) to source, find, recruit and network with potential candidates qualified for the open positions.
4. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
5. Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
6. Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
7. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
8. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
9. Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.).
10. Have a passion in talent management such as ensuring positive experience, measures to improve employee retention, building positive long-term relationships, etc.
11. Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
