- Responsible to assist Hiring Managers during interviews such as taking interview notes.
- Assist TA Executives in coordinating and following up on interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Posting Job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Assisting in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of TA.
- Assist in employer branding and employee engagement matters.
- Assist other areas of People Ops matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great time management skills.
- Very organized and good at following up.
- Resourceful and able to work in a fast paced environment.
