Presently we're seeking out a professional in technical recruitment to join our cause in enhancing and reinforcing the talent backbone of InfoCepts, with the aim of enabling customer success through recruiting a medley of top-draw talents.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and their technical requirements
- Write job descriptions and posting to relevant recruiting platforms
- Leverage on understanding of labour markets and manpower laws to create hiring plans and strategies
- Screening applicants for competency within the job requirements before presenting hiring managers with quality candidates
- Keeping track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on the application process
- Negotiating offers, ensuring win-win between the organization and candidates
Skills Required:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management / Human Resources or relevant fields
- Relevant experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, either agency or in-house; at least 3 years will advantageous
- Proficient with the recruitment cycle end-to-end from sourcing to selection
- Strong stakeholder management and offer negotiation skills
- Good understanding of open source technology and technical jargon
- Track record of hiring for data and analytics roles is a major plus
