Job description for Talent Acquisition Specialist (Intern) at Recruit Express Pte Ltd
- Serve as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner and advisor to the BU HR leaders and hiring managers on their current and future hiring needs
- Represent the company at job fairs and other Employer Branding events
- Establish recruitment sources and perform searches for qualified candidates
- Perform screenings and assessment of candidates to recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers for review
- Maintain and update recruitment records for metrics and dashboard reporting
- Support and oversee the on-boarding processes of new hires into the company
- Participate in various continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
- Preferably with keen interest in dealing with people and in Human Resource
