Job description for Talent Acquisition Specialist (Early Careers) at SearchAsia Consulting
- Attract and source candidates for our Early Careers Graduate Program, delivering against business unit recruitment needs, aligned to commercial priorities and workforce plans within the region.
- Develop and drive best-in-class hiring experience for all candidates from attraction through to onboarding and beyond, which aligns to the company’s values.
- Design and manage student engagement events, particularly creating and developing our campus recruitment strategy to improve our employer brand recognition on campus. This will include harnessing business support as brand ambassadors to promote what we do as a business, our unique employee experience and career paths.
- Developing and implementing talent pipelining strategies, ensuring these are consistently being employed in the right way, for example, converting candidates from our placement/intern programmes into permanent hires
- Driving diversity as one of the key enablers that supports business growth and our values.
- Maintain an active personal brand profile on social channels and being a regular contributor of best practice Early Careers hiring techniques and knowledge sharing, both internally and externally.
- Min. Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration / Arts / Humanities / Communications / Marketing
- Good written and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to communicate and manage stakeholders and groups of different levels of seniority.
- A proven ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
