Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for our client, Pisang Blenger.
About Pisang Blenger:
Pisang Blenger is an F&B retail brand specializing in banana fritters and fried cassava with various toppings. The brand currently operates 30+ outlets across jabodetabek and continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing outlet candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Contribute to the selection process, including CV screening, HR interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Maintain talent pools and talent pipelines to ensure an updated database for future hiring.
- Support HR administrative tasks, including employment contracts, attendance, and shift records.
- Work closely with the Operations Division to understand outlet manpower needs.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student from Psychology or Human Resources Management, with no remaining classes.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and eagerness to learn about F&B operations.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva.
