Job description for Talent Acquisition Intern at Glints

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team. This role will support our Talent Acquisition activities, such as sourcing exception A-players for Glints and ensuring seamless processes within the People team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and drive quality hires in a timely manner;
- Build healthy and innovative sourcing channels and talent pipelines, not limited to market talent mapping and maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for proactive hiring;
- Be a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers on the hiring process;
- Support all administrative matters relating to the hiring process; suggest effective changes to improve the hiring process where necessary;
- Participate in other ad hoc projects and activities run by the People team.
