Role Focus
This role offers comprehensive exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, and hiring operations. You will develop practical expertise in identifying high-potential talent, conducting professional interviews, and supporting strategic hiring decisions within a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through various recruitment channels and targeted outreach strategies
- Conduct structured screening calls and interviews using established recruitment frameworks (training provided)
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and recruitment follow-ups
- Assess candidate suitability and maintain a strong, active talent pipeline
- Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth execution of hiring operations
- Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience
