We are currently looking for a legal recruiter to join our dynamic consultants and excited to further expand our team. If you’re one to thrive in a challenging environment, enjoy communicating and establishing relationships, and are keen on sales, look no further!
Job Scope:
1. Business Development
Secure potential businesses by conducting market research or cold calling
Advise clients on matters pertaining to employment to further understand their needs and wants
Engage closely with clients for negotiations or clarifications
Forging and sustaining long-term relationships with talents in the legal industry as well as clients
2. Recruitment
To actively source for potential candidates for different legal placements via many channels
Conduct interviews to assess and further understand your potential candidates
Place suitable candidates into legal placement
Requirements:
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree of any discipline
Our Preferred Skills (experience as recruitment consultant is not a must):
· Resourceful and driven
· Keen interest in sales
· Confident Individual and good interpersonal skills
· Persistent and resilient when faced with challenges
