Job description for Talent Acquisition Associate at PT Paragon Pratama Teknologi (StickEarn)
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for any requisitions, specifically for Tech recruitment, from Junior/Senior/Managerial level
- Using various channels to source potential candidates as well as contacting passive candidates from job portals i.e LinkedIn
- Identifying and interviewing qualified candidates profiles using various methods (structured interview, technical assessment and behavioral questions). The Recruiter must have specialized skills and qualification to screen Tech related resumes
- Handle coordination and administration duties, i.e write and post jobs, updating and managing Applicant Tracking System, updating progress to Users, interview scheduling, etc
- Actively seeking for new ideas or insights related to recruitment to improve and achieve the Talent Acquisition team goals and objectives
- Minimum Bachelor degree from any major
- Have at least 1 year experience as Tech Recruiter in tech company or recruitment agency, preferably from startup company
- Have technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Fluent in English
