Job description for System Analyst at Markono Group Pte Ltd
Duties and responsibilities
· Provide Technical support, onsite or via phone and email, on incidents and requests
· Responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 support which include provides technical support for application related issues
· Responsible for User training and Conduct UAT include managing end-to-end UAT and execution
· Performs daily service health monitoring
· Maintain service operations documentation and guides
· Work closely with other teams when necessary to ensure SLAs are met
· Training will be provided
Requirements and qualifications
· Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
· Good working knowledge in manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
· Knowledge in AWS will be advantageous.
· Basic understanding of Relational Database System
Other Professional Skills and Mindset
· Work on complex systems and a challenging international work environment
· Knowledge of all phases of IT system development and implementation life cycle
· Highly analytic and detail oriented in approach with Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience converting highly complex information into clear, concise documentation
· Strong analytic skills
· Capable to effectively interact with technical team
· Strives to deliver the solution in the most effective and timely manner
· Proactive with excellent verbal and written communication skills
