Role overview: We are hiring on behalf of our client for an Export-Import / Supply Chain Specialist role responsible for managing end-to-end order execution, logistics coordination, customs processes, and operational documentation. This position offers a one-year international assignment based in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China, with company-arranged work visa support. After one year, the candidate will return to work in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job Requirement:
- Indonesian national, bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in both Indonesian and Chinese.
- Strong ability to work under pressure.
- Meticulous, patient, responsible, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and team spirit.
- Minimum experience +1 year
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain
Job Responbilities:
- Follow up on the full order execution process, including logistics coordination for cargo receipt and dispatch, payment and expense settlement, import and export customs clearance, and communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare, review, and maintain various operational documents and reports, including contracts, settlement records, customs declaration documents, inventory reports, and other related documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, customs authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely operational processes
- Assist headquarters in handling assigned local administrative and operational matters
- Monitor order progress and provide regular updates and feedback to relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, trade regulations, and documentation standards
