Job description for Supply Chain Planner at TLC MODULAR CONSTRUCTION LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Doing the SCM Planning inputs and working with QS team and PM teams at project inception:
• Fast-tracking early pricing using WBS outputs and draft MR’s where required.
• Developing delivery metrics for SCM and Store planning/ resource assessment.
• Capacity planning for Purchasing & Project QS teams for pending projects.
2. Live projects:
• Detailed delivery schedules coordinated with:
• SCM, PM/ factory planning teams: based on programme, consumption requirements and shipping constrain
• Scheduling regarding MOQs and Min./ optimal Delivery qtys and number of shipment.
• Reporting and risk views can be developed – ie ROS Differentials; delivery sensitivity analysis; store float etc etc.
• Track, update, and monitor MR-PO status and integrate to Procurement Master Plan for each Project.
• Ensuring deliveries are tracked to plan:
• Inputting/ ensuring Scheduled Delivery Dates are current and tracked into SCM master Sheets.
• Primary Point of Contact for Factory Store team on delivery Actuals and post-delivery actions/ claims/ reports.
3. Systems/ Process Development/ Champion:
• ERP migration/ integration: Primary operator for data export for ‘offline’ ERP External SCM tracking and management Sheets and Reports.
• Project Planner interface.
• Procurement Sheet Reporting Outputs – functional owner to ensure the team/ data is current, input correctly and migrated.
• Purchasing Team task tracking with SCM.

• Fluent in English.
• Strong time and task management skills.
• Demonstrated positive teamwork attitude. Can work independently.
