Job Description: As a Supply Chain & Operations Executive, you will manage end-to-end processes, ensuring product availability on time, cost-efficiently, and at high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supply Chain Management: Plan inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
2. Logistics Operations: Coordinate the shipment of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and ultimately to the customer.
3. Vendor Relations: Negotiate with and monitor the performance of suppliers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
4. Data Analysis: Generate operational performance reports, such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery rates.
5. Problem Solving: Resolve supply chain issues promptly.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software and proficiency in advanced Excel.
4. Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
