Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and delivery to rooms.
• Drive hotel shuttle vehicles or guest transportation safely and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of hotel vehicles.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure smooth guest service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and traffic regulations at all times.
• Support other departments when operationally needed.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Knowledge of local roads and tourist destinations is an advantage.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
