JOB VACANCY: SUPERVISOR (SPV) LAPANGAN – DOMISILI BALI

Job Status: Full-Time (Rigid Work Discipline)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM WITA)

Location/Domicile: Bali, Indonesia

Report to: Site Manager

Job Description:

As a Field Supervisor at Lexio Construction, you will be responsible for the direct, on-site supervision of construction activities. You will serve as the frontline lead to ensure that workmanship quality, material deployment, and labor safety strictly comply with engineering specifications and project timelines. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Daily Field Supervision: Monitoring and controlling the daily execution of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works on-site to ensure top-tier quality.
2. Labor & Subcontractor Coordination: Directing daily tasks for field labor, foremen (mandor), and sub-contractors to drive optimum productivity and maintain targeted schedules.
3. Material & Asset Control: Inspecting incoming site materials, managing tool distributions, and enforcing strict oversight to prevent material wastage, unauthorized relocation, or asset loss.
4. Progress Reporting: Keeping precise technical track of field operations and compiling accurate daily and weekly progress updates for the Site Manager.
5. Frontline HSE Enforcement: Serving as a primary role model and enforcer for health, safety, and environmental (K3) protocols, ensuring 100% compliance with mandatory PPE utilization (field uniform, safety vest, safety shoes, and safety helmet) across the active zone.
6. Workplace Ethics: Actively maintaining an orderly, highly disciplined, and collaborative working environment on-site.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant structural discipline (Vocational High School / SMK Pembangunan graduates with extensive field experience are also welcome).
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience as a Field Supervisor, Inspector, or Construction Foreman. Fresh graduates with a strong internship background or solid technical portfolio are highly welcome to apply.
3. Domicile: Must be currently domiciled or permanently residing in Bali.
4. Technical Skills: Good, detailed understanding of construction execution methods, building structures, and MEP systems.
5. Capable of reading and interpreting technical shop drawings and blueprints accurately.
