Memimpin Briefing pagi dengan semua tim di lokasi
Mengelola jadwal proyek dan memastikan bahwa semua tugas diselesaikan tepat waktu.
Mengkoordinasikan dengan tim proyek untuk memastikan bahwa semua tugas diselesaikan sesuai dengan rencana.
Mengawas pekerjaan tim PHL dan membuat laporan harian
Merekap laporan absen PHL untuk di cek dan dihitung
Membantu dalam minimalisir anggaran proyek agar tidak melebihi anggaran
Menjaga kualitas proyek
Membantu dalam penerimaan material
