Job description for Supervisor Project Produksi at Recovered Indonesia

Qualification

Understanding of production processes, especially in waste management, and plastic recycling is preferred
Experience as a Production Supervisor or related position is an advantage
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Able to work under targets and handle field operations
Disciplined, responsible, and good at problem solving
Must be based in Malang/ Pocokusumo or willing to stay in the Malang.
Able to communicate in English
