Job description for Supervisor Production at Roypow
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
At least 2–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Production Leader in a manufacturing environment, experienced in lithium battery manufacturing is a plus.
Strong understanding of production processes, manpower allocation, and daily/monthly production targets .
Ability to prepare and analyze production planning, production reports, and efficiency control.
Knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
Mandarin proficiency is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related production systems.
