Job description for Supervisor Lead Area Gamchi Groove at PT. Makmur Cipta Rasa (Groove)

Job Deskripsi:

1. Memastikan semua staff outlet bekerja menurut SOP dengan melakukan monitor CCTV dan visit secara langsung agar operasional berjalan dengan baik

2. Review jadwal shift karyawan outlet

3. Melakukan maintenace seluruh outlet & memastikan performa outlet baik untuk di aplikasi ojol

4. Melaksanakan inspeksi setiap hari (4 outlet) dan melakukan laporan inspeksi

5. Melakukan koordinasi terkait izin apabila ada kendala di luar operasional

6. Pendataan defect outlet, serta memastikan untuk perbaikannya sampai rapi kembali

7. Melaksanakan training karyawan baru terkait dengan teknis outlet secara langsung

8. Bersedia ditugaskan di luar kota jika ada outlet baru yang akan launching.

Kualifikasi:

1. Minimal pendidikan D3/S1

2. Terbiasa dan terampil menggunakan Microsoft Excel

3. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, tegas, dan komunikasi yang baik

4. Memiliki min 1 tahun pengalaman di bidang F&B.
