Pendidikan minimal S1
Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 - 5 tahun di bidang HCGA, lebih diutamakan dari industri manufaktur atau pabrik
Menguasai proses GA : pengelolaan fasilitas, maintenance, keamanan, kebersihan, pengadaaan barang dan managemen aset
Menguasai proses HR operasional pabrik : absensi, shift, kontrak kerja dan kedisiplinan
Menguasai UU ketenagakerjaan, UUCK, PP/Permen terkait hubungan industrial serta aturan pendukung operasional pabrik
Mampu bernegosiasi, menangani konflik, serta membina hubungan baik dengan pihak eksternal dan pemerintah
Memiliki sertifikasi BNSP lebih disukai
