Job description for Supervisor Ecommerce at Baller Indonesia Sentosa

Seluruh tahapan seleksi dilaksanakan secara OFFLINE di Gading Serpong - Tangerang

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

- Bertanggung jawab untuk seluruh operasional online channel di marketplace (shopee, tokopedia, tiktok, lazada) termasuk monitor chat, monitor stock, monitor promo, monitor penggantian banner serta produk listing

- Memastikan proses order processing harian berjalan sesuai SOP dan standar

- Membuat, cek, dan validasi laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait dengan sales online ecommerce

- Memastikan proses complain customer yang terjadi pada orderan teratasi dengan baik

- Monitoring live streaming dari sisi operasional, manpower, dan strategi untuk mencapai target

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

- Minimal lulusan S1 dari jurusan pemasaran, manajemen, ilmu komunikasi, atau lainnya dengan pengalaman 2-4 tahun sebagai supervisor e-commerce

- Familiar dengan Ecommerce (shopee, tokopedia, tiktok, lazada)

- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai leader & Sales B2B/Business Development lebih disukai

- Mampu menggunakan microsoft excel/google spreadsheets khususnya untuk pengolahan data/reporting

- Bersedia bekerja senin - sabtu (sabtu setengah hari)

- Bersedia full WFO di gading serpong - tangerang
