Job description for Superga eCommerce Operations Intern at Teamlink Marketing Pte Ltd
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage e-Commerce stores on various platforms.
Manage order fulfilment, order picking & packing, tracking of inventory.
Manage customer online enquiries, respond to customer's queries.
Assist with placements of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints.
Work closely with the warehouse and operations team.
Monitor and consolidate customer reviews.
Analysis of sales events and campaigns.
Gather information about campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Learning Outcomes and Objectives
To be exposed to order & fulfillment processes and management.
To be exposed to online retailing platforms and processes.
To be able to learn all aspects of eCommerce management, including logistics, warehouse inventory and customer service.
To be able to improve communication and customer service skills.
To be able to learn how to gather important data and perform analysis for products selection and promotional activities.

Basic knowledge of logistic management
