- Interact with students or other stakeholders to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about documents and services
- Ensure effective and prompt respond to customer inquiries

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good at administration and communication skill
