We’re on the look for an Student Recruitment and Admission Intern to join our fresh, fast-growing venture to help grow that mission in Asia.
How You Can Make Greater Impacts
Student Recruitment and Admission Intern will support the Student Recruitment and Admission team in ensuring Glints Academy's values and products offering are properly communicated to aspiring learners while conducting the recruitment and enrollment process so that aspiring learners can make the informed decision on their careers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Increasing conversion rate of test submission and interview conducted through direct calling.
- Conducting weekly info session for all applicants in admission process and maintaining the attendance rate
Requirements
- Final year students or fresh graduates who is available for 6-months internship
- Must have experience in university committee or organization, preferably in sponsorship, partnership or anything target-related
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Target-driven; will take whatever ethical means to drive the right results
- Persuasive
- Good presentation skills
