Job description for Strategy & Special Projects Intern at WealthBridge
About WealthBridge
WealthBridge is a technology-forward corporate services firm backed by a team of seasoned professionals. We remove the friction of business administration — so clients can focus on growth. Trusted by 2,000+ clients worldwide since 2017, we serve solopreneurs, SMEs, and global enterprises from our Singapore base.
We operate on a flat organizational structure with zero bureaucracy. We move fast, value direct communication, and prioritize three core pillars: Speed, Communication, and Accuracy.
What You'll Do
You will work closely with the CEO on projects that may span strategy, marketing, partnerships, business development, operations, and market research.
• Special Projects: Support the CEO on strategic and ad-hoc projects that contribute to WealthBridge's growth and development. Help move projects from idea to execution by organizing tasks, timelines, information, and follow-ups.
• Business Research: Research industries, markets, competitors, trends, and potential business opportunities and turn findings into concise, actionable insights.
• Strategy Support: Help evaluate new ideas, initiatives, and opportunities by gathering information, analyzing options, and preparing recommendations.
• Partnerships: Support research and coordination for potential partners, including preparing partner information, tracking opportunities, and assisting with partnership initiatives.
• Marketing Projects: Support campaigns, events, content initiatives, and other projects designed to increase WealthBridge's visibility and engagement.
• Operational Improvement: Identify areas where internal processes could be improved and help develop practical solutions.
• Office Administration: Head into the office a few times a week to handle basic administrative tasks.
Who You Are
• An Autonomous Self-Starter: Because of our flat structure, you won't be micro-managed or expected to sit around waiting for assignments. You see a gap, and you take the initiative to fill it.
• A Proactive Problem Solver: You have the "figure it out" factor. If you don't know how to do something, your first instinct is to research, experiment, and find a solution.
• Adaptable: You enjoy variety and are comfortable moving between strategy, marketing, operations, research, and other projects.
• Aligned with Our Values: You thrive in an environment that prioritizes speed of execution, clear and upfront communication, and high accuracy in your output.
• Aesthetically Inclined: You don't need to be a professional designer, but you have a good eye for clean, modern layouts and visual branding.
• Effectively Bilingual (English & Mandarin): Native or professional proficiency in Chinese is required to support our target market and content localization.
• Tech-Aware: Familiarity (or a strong desire to learn quickly) with AI tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Detail-Oriented Editor: You can spot the difference between generic AI fluff and sharp, professional B2B copy.
• Note that we do not provide work visa sponsorship for this role.
Internship Details
• Location: Singapore (Hybrid - office a few days a week)
• Start date: ASAP, for a minimum of 6 months (length flexible)
• Monthly allowance: S$900 - S$1,200, depending on experience and scope
What We Offer
• Direct collaboration with the CEO and exposure to a fast-growing corporate services firm.
• A bureaucracy-free environment where your ideas can be implemented immediately.
• Hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI and automation tools.
• A flexible, hybrid working environment.
